Remote Rounds is a tool from Faith Over Fear Nurse (Allissa Figueroa, RN, BSN) that helps nurses find people at healthcare companies and write messages to them. This page explains what we collect, why, who helps us run the tool, and how long we keep it.

What we collect

• Your email address and name, so you can log in and we can manage your membership.
• What you type or say into the tool: your background, your resume, job postings, companies, and roles.
• The plans the tool builds for you, the people it finds from public LinkedIn search results (name, title, profile link), the messages it writes, and your progress (for example, which messages you copied).
• Basic usage records, like which features you used and when, so we can run and pay for the service.

We don’t sell your information, and Remote Rounds never posts or sends anything for you.

Who helps us run it

• Anthropic (Claude) builds your plans, looks up public information, and writes messages from what you enter.
• Supabase stores your account and saved work.
• Vercel hosts the website.
• Resend delivers login emails.
• If you use “Talk instead of typing,” your browser’s maker (Google, Microsoft, or Apple) turns your voice into text. Remote Rounds receives only the text.

Your coach can see your progress

Allissa can see your membership details, your usage, and your progress (requests sent, replies, calls booked) so she can coach you. Other members can’t see anything of yours.

How long we keep it

While your access is active, your work stays saved. When your access ends, you can download your contacts and messages. 90 days after your access ends, we delete your plans, contacts, messages, and profile. We keep your name, email, membership dates, and usage records for our business records.

Patient and employer privacy

Please don’t enter patient information or your employer’s confidential information into Remote Rounds.
